Danish roasting equipment maker Aillio, known among baristas and small roasters for its compact Bullet roaster line, opened a new regional headquarters for Latin America on August 10, 2026, located in the San Benito district of San Salvador. The roughly 1,100-square-foot space functions as a showroom and training center, offering live roasting demonstrations and masterclasses for professionals across the region. The location will host the inaugural regional edition of the Aillio Bullet Championship for Latin American baristas and roasters in 2027. The opening comes amid accelerated growth in the region’s specialty coffee segment, where a growing number of small roasters are seeking high-performance equipment and access to specialized technical training.
