Boveda, the company known for its two-way humidity control packs, has received the Cigar Trophy 2026 in the “Best Humidor” category for its 50-count wooden humidor, launched last year. It is the firm’s first product of this kind, designed from the ground up around its own packs: the box ships with a seasoning kit and a 69% Boveda pack, the humidity level the maker recommends.
The model is sold direct to consumers in the United States and through Amazon in Europe, and is positioned as a quality box at an accessible price. The acrylic version shown initially has since been discontinued.
The most important news for collectors is the confirmation of a 100-count humidor: it is expected to arrive in the US at the end of 2026 and on the European market at the beginning of 2027. Company representative Benny Patock said Boveda wants to gather feedback directly from end users to shape its future products. Separately, the company is rebranding its cannabis line under the name Vivid, so that the Boveda name remains reserved exclusively for cigars.
