American cigar maker Tatuaje has released two new sizes to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its flagship Havana VI line, which debuted in 2006 with exactly six sizes whose initials spelled out “HAVANA.” The new vitolas, called Series B (a Britanicas Extra, 5⅜ x 48) and Series E (an Edmundo, 5⅜ x 52), keep the spirit of the original line but come wrapped in an Ecuadorian habano oscuro leaf over a double Nicaraguan binder and filler — a darker, denser recipe than the line’s classic red-banded blend. Each Series B box also carries a second white band marked “20,” a quiet nod to the anniversary. Both sizes ship in boxes of 24 at a list price of roughly $11 per cigar. It’s a classic example of a boutique brand revisiting its own classics, keeping the visual identity intact while tuning the blend for a bolder smoke.
