Description
Zacapa Centenario XO Solera Gran Reserva Especial is a Guatemalan rum blended through the Solera system from rums aged between 6 and 25 years. It is produced from first-press sugar-cane “honey” rather than molasses.
The maturation programme uses casks that previously held bourbon, sherry and cognac, building a layered profile of dried fruit, caramel, cocoa, spice and oak. Produced by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala, this 0.7 L rum contains 40% alcohol by volume.
