Limoncino Bottega is a traditional Italian liqueur known as “limoncello,” which has been produced since the late 19th century. This drink is made from an infusion of lemon peel from the Femminello variety, characterized by fine texture and high-quality essential oils. Lemons of this variety are known for their fertility and year-round blossoming. The production process begins with the natural cultivation of the lemons, which are picked at peak ripeness. The lemons are then carefully washed and hand-peeled, removing the white pith to keep only the yellow peel, which is rich in essential oils. The lemon peel is infused in alcohol for about 30 days to extract its aromatic and coloring compounds. The liquid is then separated from the peel, and sugar and high-quality grappa are added to the drink, making Limoncino Bottega a unique, inimitable limoncello.
