Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut sparkling wine produced through the rosé vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. The production process involves careful grape selection, hand-harvested and pressed immediately after 12 hours of skin contact, which gives the wine its beautiful pink hue. The Italian Charmat method is used, involving fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 40 days. This process gives the wine freshness, elegance and fine bubbles.
