On 13-14 September, Argentina hosts the 13th edition of Exigí Buen Café, one of Latin America’s largest specialty coffee events, held at the La Rural exhibition center in Buenos Aires. The event, founded by Sabrina Cuculiansky, spans 5,000 square meters and is expected to draw roughly 30,000 visitors.
It will feature 100 exhibitors from four continents, including 40 producers from Latin America and Africa — from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Venezuela. The program includes national competitions in the Barista, Brewers and Latte Art categories, 20 free workshops on brewing methods such as V60, Chemex or AeroPress, single-origin coffee tastings, and sessions on trends, sustainability and health research related to coffee consumption.
