Texas distillery Garrison Brothers has announced the second edition of its Bottled-in-Bond bourbon, following the expression’s debut in February 2026. It is a six-year-old Texas straight bourbon, bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and distilled in the fall of 2020. Master distiller Donnis Todd picked 102 fifty-three-gallon barrels filled on October 2, 2020.
The Bottled-in-Bond category, regulated in the US since 1897, requires the whiskey to come from a single distilling season at a single distillery, to be aged at least four years in a federally supervised warehouse and to be bottled at exactly 100 proof.
The first 1,000 bottles will be sold at the distillery on November 14 during the Red, White & Bourbon charity event, benefiting the National Museum of the Pacific War. Remaining bottles will go on sale in the distillery gift shop from November 16. The producer describes notes of toasted brown sugar, cinnamon and white pepper. No price has been announced; the first edition had a suggested retail price of $99.99.
