Rocky Patel Premium Cigars has released the latest edition in its annual series dedicated to the Chinese lunar calendar — Year of the Horse. The cigar, a Churchill (7 x 48) packaged in a distinctive black box, features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over mixed Central American filler, priced at $35 each.
4,000 boxes have been allocated to the U.S. market, continuing Rocky Patel’s tradition of marking each year of the Chinese zodiac with a limited edition aimed at collectors — a series that has, over the years, become one of the brand’s most anticipated annual releases.
The Year of the Horse series adds to an already extensive Rocky Patel portfolio that includes established lines like Vintage, White Label and Sun Grown, with the brand remaining one of the most prolific names in premium cigars over the past two decades.
The Rocky Patel Year of the Horse edition is already available at Mister Tabaco.
