Description
The flint is the part of the Zippo lighter used to create a spark when it is lit. It is located inside the lighter and sits next to the wheel to create a spark when the wheel is spun. The flint is usually made of a special material that ignites easily when it comes into contact with the wheel, creating the spark needed to light the fuel. If necessary, the flint can be replaced to keep the lighter functional.
So, what do we know about flints? They are placed under the wheel and are almost imperceptible, since most of the flint sits inside the case. The flint is only a few millimeters long and gradually wears down as the lighter is used.
