Quai D’Orsay No. 50 is an excellent cigar in the Petit Robusto format. It has a soft, creamy taste, with dominant aromas of wood, earth, herbs and pepper. First third: opens with very pleasant aromas of light coffee and nuts, almost like a pistachio latte. Second third: the aromas evolve gently, the main tone stays vegetal, with a more pronounced earthy note; notes of pepper, liquorice, roasted coffee beans and cumin come through. Final third: the main aromas remain vegetal, with cedar, honey, cocoa and vanilla notes dominating. Quai D’Orsay No. 50 is a perfect, delicious and mild cigar, suited both to beginners and to experienced Cuban-cigar aficionados.
