Description
Ruinart Brut 0.75 l is a classic champagne from the Champagne region of France, produced by one of the oldest and most respected champagne houses — Maison Ruinart, founded in 1729. This cuvée represents the house’s style in a balanced, versatile form. The champagne is a blend of the three traditional Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with a predominance of Pinot Noir, which lends structure and depth, Chardonnay bringing freshness and finesse, and Pinot Meunier rounding out the blend with fruity notes. The wine is aged on lees for at least 3 years in the chalk cellars, giving it aromatic complexity and elegance. The aromas are clean and balanced: white fruits (apple, pear), apricot, subtle citrus accents, along with notes of freshly baked bread, almonds and brioche. The taste is fresh, with a creamy texture, discreet minerality and a long, refined finish. This champagne is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs very well with white meat dishes, fish, seafood, soft cheeses and light snacks. Ruinart Brut is an elegant, versatile sparkling wine that reflects the exceptional refinement and quality of the Ruinart house.
