Romeo y Julieta Short Churchills is one of the brand’s more recent creations. Like all cigars from this house, it has a very pleasant taste — a hallmark of the company. First third: clear woody notes and a light touch of leather. Second third: the cigar begins to strengthen, the first-third notes intensify, and the smoke becomes noticeably fuller and richer. Final third: the nuttiness typical of Cuban cigars stands out, with a light creamy sweetness. The draw stays easy throughout.
