Description

Tobacco Black is an excellent dark rum, produced according to the old traditions of “hot” processing technology. The first step in making this drink involves preparing the raw material, which consists of crushing and pressing sugar cane stalks. This allows over 90% of the juice to be extracted from the plant, which is subsequently fermented and distilled. Dark, or “black,” rum is generally known for its more pronounced taste and aroma compared to “white” or “gold” rum. Its signature trait lies in the subtle hints of molasses and caramel in its aroma. Tobacco Black rum has a generous, lively, rich, lightly tannic taste, with notes of coconut and ripe fruit. It is excellent enjoyed neat or paired with fruit. It’s also a wonderful ingredient in cocktails and is widely used in cooking.
