Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto is a very elegant and sophisticated Habano. It’s both short and complex. The perfect choice for a break. It’s a rich cigar, full of aromas, but never aggressive. Initial third: the cigar begins with a little pepper, wood and earth with hints of leather. It opens the way some ports typically open in their last third. A small puff gives a mouthful of juicy smoke. Middle third: around the middle, the Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto turns into sweet hay, where you already sense more fruit and leather with some tobacco in the background. Final third: by the end, the Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto becomes excellent, rounded out with aromas of meat, sautéed mushrooms and tobacco. No bitterness was found at all. You can smoke it until it burns your fingers. The last part is very hard to put down. Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto is excellent. Its smoking time is 45 to 60 minutes.
