The heat controller is made of stainless steel. Its fully integral design gives it great strength and reliability in use. The thick walls and convenient shape of the heat controller make it easier to control the bowl’s heating. The bottom is made with a slight inward indentation to prevent burning. A large number of holes ensure good air circulation and even heat distribution through the mix. The accessory’s shape lets you fit 3 charcoals of 25 mm each fully on the bottom, which eliminates the risk of them falling over the edge. In designing the heat controller, we drew inspiration from the design of a car piston, so its technical specifications are marked on one side of the accessory.
