Padrón, one of the most awarded cigar houses in the world, has begun shipping to retailers a sampler that gathers in a single box all of its cigars named “Cigar of the Year” by Cigar Aficionado magazine. No other maker has taken first place in this annual ranking as many times.
The set contains one of each of five cigars: Serie 1926 40th Anniversary (2004 winner), Serie 1926 No. 9 (2007), Family Reserve No. 45 Maduro (2009), 1964 Anniversary Series Torpedo (2021) and the 60th Anniversary Perfecto, named cigar of the year for 2025 and the current title holder.
The suggested retail price on the US market is $195.85. The magazine notes that No. 1 cigars usually become hard to find once the ranking is announced, so the sampler offers collectors a more accessible way to compare two decades of the brand’s history side by side.
Padrón is not currently in our catalog, but you can discover the selection of premium cigars at Mister Tabaco.
