The Macallan has unveiled the final chapter of its Harmony Collection: two single malt whiskies inspired by coconut, launched globally on August 4, 2026, at £140 each.
Inspired by Fresh Coconut, bottled at 46.3% ABV, is a vibrant expression with notes of fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruit layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice, closing on a bright, floral finish. Inspired by Toasted Coconut, at 43.3% ABV, is richer, with toasted coconut, creme caramel and white chocolate on the nose, unfolding into coconut truffle, charred pineapple and frangipane on the palate, with a long, warming finish of sweet oak.
Both expressions were crafted by The Macallan’s Whisky Mastery team, who used cask selection and maturation to draw out a coconut character rarely found in the brand’s whisky. Inspired by Fresh Coconut will be available via themacallan.com and select UK stockists including Harrods, Selfridges and Fortnum & Mason, while Inspired by Toasted Coconut will be sold at select airports worldwide.
