Description

First third
The first part starts with sweet aromas of hay, coffee, vanilla and tobacco. There are also notes of pastry, nuts and some hints of sweet pepper and soft cedar. Overall the aromas are very well balanced: the profile is creamy, an excellent medium body, which becomes a little stronger toward the end of the first part.
Second third
In the second third, the cigar’s body becomes stronger. But the richness of the aromas still amazes; besides the wonderful sweet tobacco, there are now also some chocolate notes. The sweet hay gradually becomes stronger and takes on some honey nuances in the taste. The spicy notes are still very sweet and pleasant, and at the same time gradually dilute with woody and grassy elements. The creamy taste ties together all the aromas that the Cohiba Coronas Especiales holds.
Final third
In the final third, the cigar reveals its true essence: a strong smoke, which experienced smokers will appreciate, the body and taste profile now becoming medium and full. The delicious tobacco aroma fills everything around, and there’s also a certain creaminess, which is now sweeter. Notes of coffee and hay continue to be present, but are now somewhat muted. The sense of white pepper becomes stronger and turns into black pepper. The taste remains creamy and sweet, without bitterness. The last few centimetres are stronger and closer to a full body. The Cohiba Coronas Especiales burns very well right to the end.
