Description
El Emperador Cabernet-Carmenère is a dry red wine produced in Chile by the company Sebastian Astaburuaga y Compania. The grapes used are Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère, grown in the Central Valley at the foot of the Andes Mountains, where the vineyard soils are highly varied, including sand, clay-limestone and gravel. This wine has a rounded, balanced taste, with fruity aromas and spiced nuances, along with fine tannins in the finish. “El Emperador” Cabernet-Carmenère pairs well with grilled white and red meat, grilled vegetables, cured meats and barbecue.
