Smoking a cigar is a tradition and an art. Unlike cigarettes, cigars can’t simply be taken out of the pack and lit with a lighter. The cigar guillotine is possibly the most famous type of cutter. This small device is a tool with a hole for the cigar and two (sometimes one) moving blades. When choosing a guillotine, it’s worth favouring one with two blades. But most important is the quality of the steel. Cheap guillotines with soft metal blades are only good as souvenirs.
