Description

Badgers Creek Chardonnay-Semillon is a dry, refreshing white wine made from a blend of mechanically harvested grapes, predominantly Semillon (70%) and Chardonnay (30%). The vines grow on clay-sandy soils in southeastern Australia. The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Before bottling, the wine goes through a filtration process. Bottling takes place in France. This wine , “Badgers Creek Chardonnay-Semillon,” has a light, wonderfully balanced taste, with pleasant aromas of apple, peach and pear.
