Description
Villa Cardini Chianti DOCG is a dry red wine produced from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia grapes. The harvest takes place only when the grapes reach optimal ripeness, and at the winery, vinification is done by gently pressing the grapes. This Chianti DOCG has a soft, generous, rounded taste, with well-integrated tannins, a pleasant acidity and subtle balsamic hints in a long, dry finish. This wine pairs perfectly with red meat, grilled steaks and various types of cheese. It is especially delicious paired with pasta.
