Description
“Samurai” sake falls into the Junmai Ginjo category. To produce it, the maker uses rice polished to 60%, koji rice and cane sugar. After alcoholic fermentation is complete, no alcohol is added to the composition, which is what “Junmai” means. “Ginjo” indicates that the sake is not diluted with water. These characteristics make this sake rich and expressive, as well as very pleasant to drink. The taste of the sake is well balanced, rich yet easy to drink, round and smooth, with a long, rich finish.
